Privacy Policy

When you use PawPass, we collect only what is needed to run the app:

• Account details — email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), and the owner name you enter at sign-up.
• Pet profiles — pet name, species, breed, birth date and place, microchip ID, and photos you upload.
• Vaccination records — vaccine name, date given, next due date, and optionally the clinic or vet you enter.
• Passport photos — images of physical pet passport pages you choose to upload.

We do not ask for or collect payment information, precise location, contacts, or device identifiers beyond what the browser sends by default.

• To display your pets' ID cards, vaccination history, and passport photos back to you.
• To send in-app calendar reminders for upcoming vaccinations.
• To keep your account secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your pet or account information for advertising.

PawPass stores account data, pet records, and vaccination history in a managed Supabase (Postgres) database. Uploaded photos are kept in private Supabase Storage buckets and served through short-lived signed URLs so that only you can view them while signed in.

Row-level security policies restrict every read and write to the signed-in owner of the record. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and never stored by us in plain text.

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Lovable — application hosting.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Your pets, vaccination records, and photos stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account. To delete your account and all associated data, email the address below and we will remove it.

• Edit or delete any pet, vaccination entry, or photo from inside the app at any time.
• Sign out from the Profile tab to end your session on this device.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

PawPass is intended for adult pet owners and is not directed to children under 13.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify you inside the app.
